ZOGEAR Flesil A-Silicone Dental Impression Material Kit – Putty & Light Body

ZOGEAR Flesil™ A-Silicone Impression Material is a professional elastomeric dental impression system designed to produce accurate and dimensionally stable impressions of teeth and surrounding oral structures. A-Silicone, also known as addition silicone or PVS, is widely used when high impression accuracy is required, particularly in fixed prosthodontics. Addition silicones offer advantages including dimensional stability, elastic recovery, accuracy and good tear resistance. ZOGEAR's TM033 silicone impression putty is formulated from vinyl silicone oil, silica, quartz powder and a crosslinking agent. The manufacturer specifies a working time of approximately 1 minute 30 seconds and an oral curing time of approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds. The Flesil system can combine putty with a lower-viscosity/light-body material to capture fine details around prepared teeth while the putty provides bulk and tray support.
