THERUPTOR NXT 10 × 35cm is a sterile, non-adherent 3D composite microbicidal wound dressing designed for management of appropriate exuding, surgical and traumatic wounds.
The dressing uses a three-dimensional knitted hydrocellular structure comprising polyethylene terephthalate and polyurethane, with permanently bound cationic sites. It functions as a physical barrier against external contaminants while supporting exudate and moisture management.
Its non-adherent wound-contact layer supports easier dressing removal, while the dressing is designed to provide breathability, stretchability and exudate management. In a 2024 clinical study involving postoperative oncology patients, THERUPTOR NXT performed favorably in ease of application, stretchability, exudate management, breathability and non-adherence compared with the study's standard-of-care dressing.
The 10 × 35cm format provides elongated coverage particularly relevant to appropriate surgical incisions and larger wound areas.
