Sysmex XQ-320 3-Part Differential Automated Hematology Analyzer

The Sysmex XQ-320 Automated Hematology Analyzer is a compact 3-part differential system designed for automated Complete Blood Count (CBC) analysis in laboratories, clinics, hospitals and other rapid-response diagnostic settings. It measures 17 reportable parameters in the North American configuration, including WBC, RBC, hemoglobin, platelets and a three-part WBC differential with dedicated absolute neutrophil count. Sysmex also offers regional configurations with additional calculated parameters, so Healthhub should use the parameter set supplied with the Nigerian-market unit. The XQ-320 processes approximately 70 whole-blood samples per hour and requires only 16 µL of whole blood. It uses direct-current detection for WBC, RBC and platelet analysis and a non-cyanide method for hemoglobin measurement. Its compact footprint, touchscreen-style interface, automated measurement, QC functionality, sample flagging, minimal weekly maintenance and connectivity capabilities make it particularly suitable for laboratories requiring reliable hematology testing without a large analyzer footprint.
