Sysmex XN-350 Compact 5-Part Differential + IG Hematology Analyzer

The Sysmex XN-350 Automated Hematology Analyzer is a compact, open-tube hematology system designed to provide advanced CBC and differential testing for lower-volume laboratories, clinics and healthcare facilities. It provides a complete 5-part white blood cell differential—neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils and basophils—plus automated immature granulocyte (IG) measurement with every differential. The XN-350 uses fluorescent flow cytometry for WBC differential analysis, DC impedance with hydrodynamic focusing for RBC and platelet measurement, and the cyanide-free SLS method for hemoglobin analysis. It can process up to 60 whole-blood samples per hour while requiring only 25 µL of whole blood. The analyzer also features an integrated information-processing unit (IPU), colour LCD touchscreen, intuitive XN software and Low WBC mode. Optional licenses can extend the XN-350 to reticulocyte/RET-He testing and body-fluid analysis, depending on the configuration supplied.
