SFRI ISE 6000 Electrolyte Analyzer with TCO2 and pH

The SFRI ISE 6000 Electrolyte Analyzer is a fully automated clinical electrolyte analyzer designed for fast and reliable measurement of key electrolytes and acid-base-related parameters in clinical laboratory samples. The ISE 6000 measures sodium (Na⁺), potassium (K⁺), chloride (Cl⁻), ionized calcium (iCa²⁺) and pH using ion-selective electrode technology. It also measures total carbon dioxide (TCO₂) using a manometric method and calculates total calcium (TCa²⁺) and anion gap (A.G.). Only 150 µL of sample is required, and measurements are performed directly without sample dilution. The system delivers results in approximately 60 seconds, with throughput up to 60 tests/hour without TCO₂ and approximately 45 tests/hour when TCO₂ is included. For easier routine operation, the analyzer features a large LCD touchscreen, integrated printer, automatic calibration, quality-control functionality and an all-in-one disposable reagent pack. An autosampler and barcode reader are available as optional additions.
