The Sada Medical VA-SD50 Digital Vertical Autoclave is a 50-litre automatic pressure steam sterilizer designed for hospitals, clinics, laboratories, dental practices, pharmaceutical facilities and research institutions requiring reliable sterilization in a compact vertical format. The VA-SD50 features a processor-controlled automatic sterilization cycle with a digital display and touch-key controls. The system automatically manages cool-air exhaust, heating, sterilization and steam discharge. Its sterilization temperature is adjustable from 105°C to 134°C, with a working pressure of 0.22 MPa. The unit is constructed from 304 stainless steel and incorporates a hand-wheel quick-opening door with a safety interlock system. Multiple protection systems include over-temperature protection, over-pressure protection, anti-dry heating protection, automatic safety pressure release and low-water protection. For the configuration requested here, the VA-SD50 can be supplied with a factory-installed drying module, allowing sterilized loads to undergo a drying stage.
