Sada HA-BA280 280L Horizontal Autoclave Sterilizer with Drying Function

The Sada Medical HA-BA280 Horizontal Autoclave/Sterilizer is a large-capacity 280-litre pressure steam sterilizer designed for hospitals, CSSDs, laboratories, surgical centres, pharmaceutical facilities and other healthcare environments requiring dependable high-volume sterilization. The HA-BA280 uses high-temperature pressurized steam to sterilize suitable medical and laboratory materials. It can be used for surgical instruments, glassware, dressings, gowns, rubber materials, culture media and other heat- and pressure-resistant items. Its integrated drying function helps reduce residual moisture after sterilization, making it particularly useful for dressings and other loads that need to emerge dry. The unit incorporates computerized automatic cycle control with a digital display. Sterilization temperature can be adjusted between 40°C and 134°C, while sterilization and drying times are independently adjustable from 0–99 minutes. A built-in printer supports cycle documentation and traceability. For operator protection, the HA-BA series incorporates a safety-interlock door, over-temperature and over-pressure protection, automatic safety-valve pressure release and water-shortage protection. The chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel for durability and resistance to repeated steam exposure.
