The Sada Medical HA-BA150 Horizontal Autoclave Sterilizer is a 150-litre high-capacity steam sterilization system designed for hospitals, CSSDs, clinics, laboratories, surgical centres, pharmaceutical facilities and research institutions. It uses high-temperature pressurized steam to sterilize compatible surgical instruments, glassware, dressings, gowns, rubber materials, culture media and other heat-resistant medical and laboratory items. The unit features fully automatic computerized control, allowing the sterilization process to operate with minimal manual intervention. The HA-BA150 incorporates an adjustable drying function, particularly useful for medical dressings and textile loads. Its digital control system allows temperature adjustment from 40°C to 134°C, with both sterilization and drying times adjustable from 0–99 minutes. For durability and operator safety, the sterilization chamber is constructed from 304 stainless steel and incorporates multiple protection systems, including a pressure-sensitive door interlock, over-temperature protection, over-pressure protection, automatic safety-valve release and low-water protection with alarm. A built-in printer provides records of sterilization cycles for documentation and traceability.
