The Runyes SEA-45L-D-LED-USB 45L Class B Steam Sterilizer is a professional high-capacity tabletop autoclave designed for the sterilization of compatible dental, medical and surgical instruments. With a 45-litre chamber, it provides considerably more loading capacity than smaller tabletop sterilizers, making it particularly suitable for clinics and facilities processing larger quantities of instruments. The unit operates at sterilization temperatures of 121°C and 134°C and provides cycles for packaged and unpackaged instruments. Available documented cycles include 121°C packaged, 121°C non-packaged, 134°C packaged, 134°C non-packaged and a Prion B+ cycle. Its touch-screen interface is designed for straightforward operation and monitoring. Runyes also uses a six-layer chamber structure engineered for high pressure resistance; the manufacturer states that the chamber structure has undergone 60,000 fatigue-life tests. For traceability, the controller can retain up to 2,000 recent cycle records, with data downloadable through USB. A micro-printer is available depending on configuration.
