Roche cobas c 111 Clinical Chemistry Analyzer

The Roche cobas c 111 is a compact fully automated clinical chemistry analyzer designed for small laboratories, clinics, hospitals and satellite laboratories requiring reliable routine chemistry testing with a relatively low-to-moderate sample workload. The system delivers up to 85 photometric tests per hour, with approximately 60 tests/hour under a typical consolidated test panel. With the optional ion-selective electrode (ISE) unit, electrolyte testing can also be incorporated into the workflow. Despite its compact footprint of approximately 0.3 m², the cobas c 111 offers a menu of more than 40 assays and uses reagent chemistry aligned with Roche's broader cobas clinical chemistry platform. It supports continuous loading of primary and secondary sample tubes into 8 sample positions, including priority STAT sampling. This makes the analyzer suitable for laboratories requiring flexible random-access testing rather than strictly batch-based operation.
