Roche CoaguChek® XS Kit – Point-of-Care PT/INR Meter

The Roche CoaguChek® XS System is a compact point-of-care coagulation testing device designed for fast and convenient Prothrombin Time (PT) and INR monitoring, particularly for patients receiving vitamin K antagonist anticoagulation such as warfarin. The system requires only a small 8 µL drop of blood obtained from a fingerstick and provides PT/INR results in approximately one minute, helping healthcare professionals obtain coagulation results during a patient visit without waiting for conventional laboratory processing. CoaguChek XS can use fresh capillary or non-anticoagulated venous whole blood. Its portable design and straightforward LCD interface make it suitable for clinics, hospitals, anticoagulation services and other appropriate point-of-care environments.
