The PYREX Allihn Condenser 41 × 400mm is a long-form water-cooled laboratory condenser designed for efficient reflux and vapor condensation. Its characteristic bulb-shaped inner tube provides a larger condensation surface than a straight-tube Liebig condenser. Vapor rises through the internal bulb section while coolant circulates through the surrounding jacket, promoting condensation and allowing liquid to return to the reaction vessel during reflux. The condenser incorporates inner and outer Standard Taper joints, a lower drip tip, and coolant inlet/outlet tubulations for integration into compatible laboratory glassware assemblies.
