PYREX 200mL Chromatography Column with Reservoir and PTFE Stopcock

The PYREX 2146-10 Chromatography Column is a laboratory glass column designed for chromatographic separation and purification applications. It incorporates a 200mL reservoir at the top, allowing solvent or mobile-phase addition directly above the packed column. At the bottom is a 2mm straight-bore PTFE plug stopcock, providing controlled adjustment of liquid flow through the chromatography bed. The PTFE construction offers useful chemical resistance while eliminating the need for a conventional greased glass stopcock. The column measures approximately 250mm high with a 13mm outside diameter. Its upper opening accepts a No. 2 rubber stopper, which is sold separately.
