The PYREX 1595-5 19L Solution Bottle with Tooled Neck is a large-capacity laboratory glass vessel designed for preparing and storing laboratory solutions media distilled water standard solutions buffers and other compatible liquids. With a nominal capacity of 19L / 5 US gallons, this bottle provides significantly more storage capacity than conventional laboratory reagent bottles and is particularly useful for laboratories preparing solutions and media in bulk. The 19L version uses a carboy-style configuration. Its specially tooled neck is designed to increase mechanical strength and provide a more uniform stopper fit. The bottle is compatible with a No. 12 rubber stopper.
