The Olympus CX31 Binocular Biological Microscope is a professional laboratory microscope designed for routine brightfield microscopy in clinical, medical, educational and research laboratories.
The CX31 uses Olympus' UIS2 Universal Infinity-Corrected optical system, providing high-quality optical performance for routine specimen observation. It incorporates a binocular observation head, mechanical stage, Abbe condenser and built-in transmitted illumination.
A commonly supplied CX31 configuration includes 10X eyepieces and Plan 4X, 10X, 40X and 100X oil-immersion objectives, giving total magnifications of approximately 40X, 100X, 400X and 1000X. Exact objectives supplied should be confirmed from the individual unit because configurations can vary.
