Olympus CX23 Biological Microscope

The Olympus CX23 Biological Microscope is a high-quality upright microscope engineered for reliable observation of biological specimens. It combines an infinity-corrected optical system, Plan Achromat objectives, mechanical stage and uniform LED illumination in a compact and ergonomic design. The microscope's standard 10× eyepieces provide a field number of 20, giving users a relatively wide field of view. Its Plan Achromat objectives are designed to provide flat images across the field, supporting clear observation of specimens. The CX23 uses built-in transmitted 0.5 W LED illumination. The manufacturer rates the LED for approximately 20,000 hours, while its consistent color temperature helps provide natural-looking specimen colors. A rackless mechanical stage, inward-facing revolving nosepiece, coaxial coarse/fine focusing controls and ergonomic carrying grips make the CX23 convenient for repeated laboratory or educational use.
