MISCO Palm Abbe PA202X Digital Handheld Refractometer with Automatic Temperature Compensation

The MISCO Palm Abbe PA202X Digital Handheld Refractometer is a professional portable instrument designed for fast and accurate determination of fluid concentration. The PA202X platform can be supplied with up to two custom measurement scales, allowing configurations to be tailored to specific fluids and applications. Unlike conventional optical refractometers that require the user to interpret a scale manually, the Palm Abbe provides measurements directly on a large, backlit digital LCD display. Only a drop or two of sample is placed into the stainless-steel sample well before measurement. The instrument incorporates automatic temperature correction/compensation, with the applicable compensation behavior depending on the programmed measurement scale. Typical PA202X configurations support sample temperatures from 0–50°C (32–122°F). It also uses a sapphire optical element, 1,024-element detector array and precision 589 nm LED light source, providing a durable optical measurement platform for laboratory, industrial and field applications.
