Mindray Toxoplasma gondii IgM (CLIA) Reagent Kit

Mindray Toxoplasma gondii IgM (CLIA) Reagent Kit is a chemiluminescence immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of IgM antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in human serum or plasma using compatible Mindray CL-series automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers. The assay forms part of Mindray's ToRCH infection-testing portfolio. The assay uses a µ-capture immunoassay principle. IgM antibodies in the patient sample are captured by anti-human IgM-coated paramagnetic microparticles, after which Toxoplasma-specific antigen complexes are used for chemiluminescent detection. Detection of Toxo IgM can support evaluation of recent or acute Toxoplasma gondii infection, but results should be interpreted alongside Toxo IgG, clinical findings and other diagnostic evidence.
