Mindray sCD14-ST (Presepsin) CLIA Reagent Kit is a quantitative chemiluminescence immunoassay designed for measurement of soluble CD14 subtype (sCD14-ST), also known as presepsin, in human serum or plasma using compatible Mindray CL-series analyzers. sCD14-ST is a soluble fragment of CD14 released during activation of innate immune cells in response to pathogens. Mindray positions it as a biomarker that can support the assessment of bacterial infection, sepsis, septic shock severity and treatment monitoring when interpreted together with clinical findings and other laboratory tests.
