Mindray Prealbumin Reagent Kit

The Mindray Prealbumin Reagent Kit is an in-vitro diagnostic clinical chemistry reagent intended for the quantitative determination of Prealbumin using compatible Mindray automatic chemistry analyzers. Prealbumin, also known as transthyretin, is a plasma protein primarily synthesized by the liver. Laboratory measurement of Prealbumin can be used as part of clinical assessment of protein status and hepatic synthetic function when interpreted together with other laboratory findings and the patient's clinical condition. Mindray provides a dedicated Prealbumin calibration system, with its current documentation identifying the assay as Prealbumin (PA) and reporting results in mg/L and μmol/L.
