Mindray M-53LH Lyse 500 mL × 4 is an in-vitro diagnostic lysing reagent designed for use with compatible Mindray automated hematology analyzers. M-53LH Lyse breaks down red blood cell membranes and converts released hemoglobin into a measurable hemoglobin complex for hemoglobin determination. The reagent also participates in white blood cell analysis by differentiating basophils from other white blood cells and supporting white blood cell counting. It is supplied as four 500 mL bottles, providing a total reagent volume of 2,000 mL (2 L) per pack. The reagent is intended specifically for in-vitro diagnostic laboratory use and should be operated according to the instructions for the compatible hematology analyzer.
