The Mindray M-53LEO(I) Lyse 1L is a specialized hematology lysing reagent formulated for compatible Mindray automated hematology analyzers. It is used during differential blood-cell analysis to lyse red blood cells and process white blood cells, increasing measurable differences between WBC subpopulations.
M-53LEO(I) works in conjunction with M-53LEO(II) Lyse to support differentiation of white blood cells into four populations. The treated cells are analyzed through the analyzer's DIFF channel using laser-scatter flow-cytometry principles.
The reagent is documented for compatible Mindray BC-5100, BC-5300, BC-5180 and BC-5380 automated hematology analyzers.
