Mindray M-53 LEO(I) Lyse is an in-vitro diagnostic lysing reagent designed for compatible Mindray automated hematology analyzers. It lyses red blood cell membranes and works together with M-53 LEO(II) Lyse to support four-part differentiation of white blood cells. The reagent is part of the M-53 hematology reagent system used with compatible Mindray analyzers including the BC-5100, BC-5300, BC-5180 and BC-5380.
