The Mindray M-52LH Lyse 100mL is a specialized hematology lysing reagent designed for use with compatible Mindray automated hematology analyzers. It is used during blood-cell analysis to lyse red blood cells, support white blood cell counting, differentiate basophils and enable hemoglobin measurement.
During analysis, M-52LH further processes blood cells previously treated with M-52DIFF Lyse. It converts hemoglobin into a measurable form for colorimetric determination and processes white blood cells to enhance differentiation between basophils and other WBC populations. Basophil analysis is then performed using the analyzer's laser-scatter and flow-cytometry system.
The 100mL × 1 presentation is suitable as an individual replacement bottle for laboratories operating compatible Mindray hematology systems.
