The Mindray M-30CFL Lyse 500mL is a cyanide-free hematology lysing reagent formulated for use with compatible Mindray automated hematology analyzers.
During hematology analysis, the reagent is used for quantitative determination of hemoglobin (HGB) and for counting and sizing leukocytes (WBCs). It provides the required lysing action while supporting the analyzer's blood-cell measurement process.
M-30CFL is particularly relevant to Mindray's 3-part differential hematology systems. Mindray's BC-30s documentation, for example, specifically lists M-30CFL LYSE, alongside M-30D Diluent and Probe Cleanser, as required reagents. The BC-30s uses impedance for WBC/RBC/PLT counting and a cyanide-free method for hemoglobin testing.
The 500mL bottle is suitable for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics and other facilities operating compatible Mindray hematology analyzers.
