Mindray CL-Series Substrate Solution

Mindray Substrate Solution is a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate reagent designed for compatible Mindray CL-series chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzers. It is added to the reaction vessel after formation and washing of the immune complex and provides the chemical substrate required for generation of the light signal measured by the analyzer. The solution contains an AMPPD-based substrate system, together with buffer, fluorescence-enhancing components and surfactant. During testing, alkaline phosphatase attached to the assay immune complex catalyzes the substrate reaction, generating chemiluminescence. The analyzer measures this emitted light as relative light units (RLUs) for calculation or interpretation of assay results.
