Mindray BS-430 Fully Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer

The Mindray BS-430 Fully Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer is a high-performance, discrete random-access chemistry system designed for clinical laboratories requiring efficient automation, reliable analytical performance and economical reagent consumption. The analyzer processes up to 420 photometric tests per hour, with total throughput reaching up to 626 tests per hour when equipped with the optional ISE module. It accommodates 102 sample positions and 92 refrigerated reagent positions, making it suitable for growing hospital laboratories and medium-workload diagnostic centres. The BS-430 uses an enhanced grating photometer with 12 wavelengths and a tungsten-halogen lamp. Its reaction system uses 93 reusable cuvettes with 8-step automatic washing, a minimum reaction volume of 100µL and maintenance-free dry-bath heating at 37°C. A major feature is HbA1c Smart-Sampling Technology, which enables onboard automatic hemolysate preparation from whole-blood samples. This reduces manual pretreatment and helps shorten turnaround time for HbA1c testing.
