Mindray BC-760 Automated Hematology Analyzer with ESR

The Mindray BC-760 Automated Hematology Analyzer is an advanced 5-part differential hematology system designed for medium-volume clinical laboratories requiring automated sample handling, CBC analysis and integrated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) testing. The BC-760 combines Mindray's SF Cube 3D cell analysis technology with Focusing Flow-DC impedance, colorimetric hemoglobin measurement and photometric ESR measurement. It provides automated differentiation of WBC populations including neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils and immature granulocytes. For workflow automation, the BC-760 incorporates continuous autoloading and cap-piercing STAT sampling. This distinguishes it from the open-vial BC-700 and BC-720 and makes it particularly attractive to laboratories processing larger numbers of routine samples. The analyzer processes up to 80 CBC + DIFF tests per hour and up to 40 CBC + DIFF + ESR tests per hour. It integrates CBC and ESR testing into one analyzer, reducing the need for a separate ESR instrument and its associated bench space, consumables and maintenance.
