Mindray BC-700 5-Part Hematology Analyzer with ESR

The Mindray BC-700 5-Part Hematology Analyzer with ESR is an advanced automated hematology system designed to integrate complete blood count, 5-part white blood cell differential and erythrocyte sedimentation rate testing into a compact laboratory platform. One of its major advantages is the integrated CBC + DIFF + ESR workflow. Rather than requiring a separate ESR analyzer, the BC-700 can obtain CBC and ESR information from a single EDTA whole-blood sample. Mindray states that CBC and ESR results can be produced together in approximately 1.5 minutes, helping laboratories improve turnaround time while reducing equipment and consumable requirements. The BC-700 employs Mindray's SF Cube 3D cell analysis technology, combining bi-angular laser scatter signals with fluorescence to analyze blood cells in three dimensions. This technology supports 5-part WBC differentiation and helps improve analysis of abnormal samples. The analyzer also introduces PLT-H, which combines conventional impedance information for smaller platelets with optical analysis of larger platelets. Mindray designed this hybrid approach to improve platelet measurement reliability in samples where conventional platelet counting may encounter interference.
