Mindray Antibody to Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (Anti-HBs) CLIA Reagent Kit is a quantitative chemiluminescence immunoassay for measuring antibodies directed against the hepatitis B surface antigen in human serum or plasma using compatible Mindray CL-series analyzers. Anti-HBs measurement is used to assess immune response following hepatitis B vaccination and may also help indicate recovery or immunity following previous hepatitis B virus infection. The assay uses a two-site sandwich principle in which Anti-HBs antibodies in the sample bind to hepatitis B surface antigen-coated paramagnetic microparticles and alkaline-phosphatase-labelled hepatitis B surface antigen.
