Mindray Antibody to Hepatitis B e Antigen (Anti-HBe) CLIA Reagent Kit is a chemiluminescence immunoassay designed for the qualitative determination of antibodies to Hepatitis B e Antigen in human serum or plasma using compatible Mindray CL-series analyzers. The assay uses a competitive binding principle. Anti-HBe present in the patient specimen binds to recombinant HBeAg during the assay process, and the analyzer measures the resulting chemiluminescent signal relative to a calibrated cutoff. Anti-HBe testing forms part of the hepatitis B serology panel and can help assess HBeAg seroconversion and changes in viral replication status when interpreted with HBsAg, HBeAg, Anti-HBc, HBV DNA and other clinical findings.
