MAST Columbia Agar DM115D is a general-purpose, highly nutritious dehydrated culture medium used for the cultivation and isolation of a broad range of microorganisms. It supports the growth of most non-fastidious organisms and, when enriched with sterile defibrinated blood, is suitable for cultivating fastidious organisms and demonstrating characteristic haemolytic reactions.
