Littman Stethoscope II S.E

The 3M™ Littmann® Classic II S.E. Stethoscope is a professional acoustic stethoscope designed for physical assessment and diagnostic auscultation. It features a traditional two-sided stainless-steel chestpiece with a tunable diaphragm that allows clinicians to hear different frequency ranges by changing the pressure applied to the chestpiece. The Classic II S.E. incorporates 3M Littmann tunable diaphragm technology, a traditional bell with a non-chill rim, single-lumen tubing and soft-sealing eartips. Its standard adult version measures approximately 28 inches / 71.1 cm and weighs approximately 125 g.
