Laparoscope DF (Surgery)

The Olympus Laparoscope DF (Surgery) is a rigid surgical endoscope designed for minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, allowing surgeons to visualize internal abdominal and pelvic structures through small surgical access ports. Olympus Medical manufactures a range of rigid laparoscopes for general surgery, including 5 mm and 10 mm telescopes with 0°, 30° and 45° directions of view. Olympus also offers longer 10 mm models with a 430 mm working length. Olympus states that its rigid laparoscopes are engineered to provide high-quality visualization across the imaging chain, while current rigid models are designed to be autoclavable for reprocessing.
