The LABOID LWDB-400M Water Distillation Unit is a laboratory water still designed to produce single-distilled, pyrogen-free water for routine laboratory applications. It delivers approximately 4 litres of distilled water per hour using a 3 kW chromium-plated heater housed within a horizontal glass boiler. The unit incorporates an efficient condenser to cool the distilled output and is designed for continuous laboratory operation. Its 3 kW heater includes a thermostat that automatically shuts the heater off if the water supply fails, providing additional operational protection. The boiler and condenser are designed for efficient distillation, while threaded plumbing connections facilitate installation and removal of water hoses. A Teflon screw cork allows in-situ cleaning of the boiler, and the supporting stand is powder-coated for improved resistance to corrosion.
