The LABOID LDC-61 Digital Differential Blood Cell Counter is a compact laboratory instrument designed to assist laboratory professionals in performing manual differential white blood cell counting accurately and efficiently. It enables the operator to classify and record different cell types while examining a stained blood smear under a microscope. The system can count 12 types of cell particles, divided into normal and abnormal categories. Normal categories include Poly, Lympho, Mono, Eos and Bas, while abnormal categories include Blast, Myelo, Metamye, Band and Plasma, with additional user-defined categories. The LDC-61 incorporates a built-in percentage calculator, memory for up to 500 test results, stopwatch, countdown timer and a large 20 × 4-character backlit LCD. It accepts up to 999 counts and provides a long audible signal at every 100 counts.
