The LABOID LBDI-UV875 Microprocessor UV-VIS Single Beam Spectrophotometer is a precision laboratory analytical instrument designed for quantitative and spectrophotometric analysis across the ultraviolet and visible wavelength range.
The instrument uses a single-beam optical system and covers a broad 190–1100 nm wavelength range, making it suitable for measuring absorbance, transmittance and concentration in a wide variety of laboratory samples.
The LBDI-UV875 is microprocessor-controlled, with numerical keys that allow users to conveniently set operating parameters. It also features automatic wavelength setting and allows users to establish standard curves for determining the concentration of unknown samples.
LABOID equips the system with deuterium and tungsten lamps, which can be switched on or off individually to extend lamp life. A rigid 8 mm die-cast aluminium optical base is used to improve optical stability and reliability.
The instrument also features a USB port for PC connectivity. With optional software, users can perform or display functions including spectrum scanning, kinetics and multi-wavelength testing. Its large sample compartment can accommodate cuvettes with path lengths from 5–100 mm when appropriate optional holders are used
