The LABOID LBDI-UV5800 Microprocessor UV-VIS Double Beam Spectrophotometer is a high-performance laboratory analytical instrument designed for precise measurement of absorbance, transmittance and concentration across ultraviolet and visible wavelengths. The LBDI-UV5800 provides a broad 190–1100 nm wavelength range and uses a double-beam optical system with a 1200 lines/mm grating. The double-beam design helps minimise the effects of light-source fluctuations and improves measurement stability during laboratory analysis. The instrument features a 6-inch LCD display for viewing measurement results and curves directly. It also incorporates automatic calibration of the baseline, wavelength and dark current, plus USB connectivity for connection to a computer. Optional software supports wavelength scanning, standard curves, kinetics, multi-wavelength analysis and DNA/protein testing.
