LABOID LDM Series Demineralisation Plant – Laboratory Water Deionization & Purification System Key Features Dual ion-exchange columns: Cation and anion resin columns provide water demineralisation. High-exchange-capacity resins for removal of dissolved ionic contaminants. Digital conductivity meter: Monitors the quality of the produced deionised water. PVC resin columns with strainer arrangement. Flexible PVC tubing and connectors for inlet, outlet and interconnection of the columns. Mobile trolley design: Components are housed on a corrosion-resistant mild-steel stand with wheels. Regeneration system: Supplied with a PVC/FRP regeneration tank. Regenerable resin: Uses hydrochloric acid (HCl) for the cation resin and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) for the anion resin according to the manufacturer's specified quantities. Three capacity options: Maximum treatment flows of approximately 50, 100 and 200 L/hour, depending on model. Designed for straightforward operation and maintenance.
