The Axiom UK JHDC-99A Electric Obstetric Delivery Bed is a multifunctional maternity and gynecology table designed for childbirth, obstetric procedures, gynecological surgery, diagnosis and examination, including configurations suitable for emergency Caesarean procedures. The JHDC-99A uses an electric drive system for bed elevation and Trendelenburg/Reverse Trendelenburg positioning, operated through a compact controller. A foot-control switch can also be configured with the system. The documented design uses linear actuators intended to provide quiet and stable movement. Its back section uses a gas-spring-assisted manual adjustment mechanism, while a concealed movable auxiliary platform provides additional flexibility for obstetric procedures. The base can be fixed or released for movement using a foot-operated mechanism.
