Heat Cure Monomer 4 Litres – Dental Acrylic Resin Liquid

Heat Cure Monomer 4 Litres is the liquid component of a heat-polymerizing dental acrylic resin system used with a compatible heat-cure polymer powder for the fabrication of acrylic denture bases and other compatible dental prosthetic applications. Heat-cure denture acrylic systems commonly use a methyl methacrylate (MMA)-based monomer liquid that is mixed with the corresponding polymer powder. The mixture progresses to a workable dough stage, is packed into a prepared denture flask, and is subsequently polymerized using the manufacturer's specified heat-curing cycle. The 4-litre bulk pack is suitable for dental laboratories and denture-production facilities with regular acrylic-processing requirements. For best results, the monomer should be used only with a compatible polymer and according to the manufacturer's specified powder-to-liquid ratio, working time and curing cycle.
