The Healflon Blue IV Cannula 22G × 25mm is a sterile peripheral intravenous catheter designed to provide reliable venous access for administering IV fluids, prescribed medications and other appropriate intravenous therapies. It features flat flexible wings for secure fixation, an injection port with a one-way silicone valve for additional medication administration, and a transparent flashback chamber that provides immediate visual confirmation of successful venipuncture. The catheter has a gently tapered tip designed to provide a smooth transition from the introducer needle to the catheter. Healflon cannulas are available with thin-walled catheter materials including PTFE, PUR, FEP or ETFE depending on configuration.
