The HAMILTON-C1 by Hamilton Medical is a compact, turbine-driven ICU mechanical ventilator designed to provide advanced respiratory support while occupying minimal bedside space. It supports invasive ventilation, noninvasive ventilation (NIV), volume- and pressure-controlled ventilation, Adaptive Support Ventilation (ASV®), and optional high-flow oxygen therapy.
For the configuration specified here, the ventilator is supplied with a humidifier for adult respiratory support. The HAMILTON-C1 can integrate with the HAMILTON-H900 humidifier, allowing humidifier controls, monitoring parameters and alarms to be accessed from the ventilator display when the appropriate connectivity option is installed. The H900 can also automatically select humidification settings according to invasive, noninvasive or high-flow therapy modes.
The HAMILTON-C1 uses an integrated high-performance turbine, so it does not require a compressed-air supply for operation. Its compact design and battery capability also make it suitable for ICU use, emergency rooms, step-down units and intrahospital transport.
