Haematoxylin 5g – Histology & Microscopy Staining Reagent

Haematoxylin 5g is a laboratory staining reagent supplied in solid form and used primarily in histology, pathology, microscopy and biological staining applications. Haematoxylin is particularly associated with H&E (Haematoxylin and Eosin) staining, one of the most widely used staining methods for examining tissue morphology. After appropriate preparation and oxidation to its active staining form, haematoxylin-based staining systems are used to provide strong nuclear contrast, while eosin provides complementary staining of cytoplasmic and extracellular components.
