The GCC GCCM-C Automatic Tissue Embedding Center is a specialised histopathology laboratory instrument designed for the preparation of paraffin-embedded tissue blocks used in microscopic examination and diagnostic pathology. The system features a large 8-litre paraffin reservoir, independent temperature-controlled preheating chambers, a heated embedding workstation and an advanced paraffin dispensing system. Its gravity-based wax reflux mechanism allows residual paraffin to return to the reservoir, helping reduce material waste and improve laboratory workflow efficiency. Equipped with a colour touchscreen, heated forceps support, programmable preheating modes and dual overheating protection, the GCCM-C provides convenient and controlled operation during tissue embedding procedures. An independent semiconductor cooling plate supports rapid solidification of prepared paraffin blocks before microtome sectioning.
