The Finecare fT3 Rapid Quantitative Test by Wondfo is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the quantitative determination of Free Triiodothyronine (fT3) in human whole blood, serum, or plasma using compatible Finecare FIA analyzers. Free T3 represents the unbound, biologically active fraction of Triiodothyronine and is an important marker used in the assessment and monitoring of thyroid function. The assay is intended to support evaluation of thyroid disorders, including hyperthyroidism and other thyroid-function abnormalities. The Finecare fT3 test requires 75 µL of sample, delivers results in approximately 15 minutes, and has a measuring range of 0.40–50.00 pmol/L, equivalent to 0.26–32.55 pg/mL.
