The Finecare CK-MB Rapid Quantitative Test by Wondfo is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the quantitative determination of Creatine Kinase-MB (CK-MB) in human whole blood, serum or plasma using the Finecare FIA System. CK-MB is a cardiac biomarker used as an aid in the assessment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and myocardial injury. The Finecare assay provides a quantitative result in approximately 15 minutes and has a measuring range of 0.30–100 ng/mL. The test is suitable for emergency departments, cardiology units, hospital laboratories, diagnostic centres and point-of-care settings where rapid cardiac biomarker measurement is required.
