FIAflex™ Tree Pollens sIgE FIA Test – F131-90611-202

The FIAflex™ Tree Pollens sIgE FIA Test F131-90611-202 is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of allergen-specific IgE (sIgE) antibodies against selected tree pollen allergens in human serum or plasma. According to ACON, the assay covers a tree pollen mix of willow, elm, oak, plane tree and poplar, together with birch and J. formosana. It is intended to assist in the diagnosis of Type I hypersensitivity reactions and related symptoms mediated by allergen-specific IgE antibodies. The test is designed for use with the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer and has a reaction time of approximately 15 minutes.
