The FIAflex™ PG-I/PG-II FIA Test F131-60311-202 is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of Pepsinogen I (PG-I) and Pepsinogen II (PG-II) in human serum or plasma. According to ACON, the assay is intended to assist healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and monitoring of atrophic gastritis. The test is performed using the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer and provides results after approximately 15 minutes. The ability to measure both PG-I and PG-II makes this assay useful as part of professional laboratory assessment of gastric mucosal function and conditions associated with changes in serum pepsinogen levels.
