FIAflex™ PCT FIA Test – F131-50211

The FIAflex™ PCT FIA Test F131-50211 is a fluorescence immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of Procalcitonin (PCT) in human serum, plasma, venous whole blood and fingertip whole blood. Procalcitonin is an important biomarker used in the clinical assessment of severe bacterial infections and sepsis. According to ACON, the FIAflex PCT assay is useful as an aid in their diagnosis. It provides results after approximately 15 minutes when used with the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer. The test is suitable for professional laboratory environments where rapid quantitative PCT measurement can assist clinicians alongside symptoms, clinical assessment and other laboratory investigations.
